Jaron and the Long Road to Love's debut CD has officially made the band the most successful new act of 2010. In its first week of release, Getting Dressed in the Dark moved close to 24,000 copies, second only to Lady Antebellum's Need You Now on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. The project also hit number one on the iTunes country album rankings in its first 24 hours of release. Jaron says he believes his connection with his fans on social media like Facebook has a lot to do for his breakout success.

Overall, though, the best-selling album of 2010 in any genre so far is Lady A's Need You Now, which has moved about 2.3 million copies since its release in January.  The smash hit title track is the third best-selling song of 2010 so far.
