Superstar Carrie Underwood made history at the 45th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards when she won the night's most coveted honor - Entertainer of the Year.  Carrie is the only female to win the prize twice.  What makes that stat even more impressive is the fact that only seven other women have secured their place as Enterainter of the Year - Loretta Lynn (1975), Dolly Parton (1977), Barbara Mandrell (1980), Reba McEntire (1994), Shania Twain (1999) and The Dixie Chicks (2000).  Carrie also was recognized as a Triple Crown winner; she achieved that honor through past wins for Entertainer, Top Female Vocalist and Top New Female Vocalist.
