Carrie Underwood was the first and only American Idol champ to go the country route and fans are so glad she did as they can't get enough of Miss Underwood and her music. Her debut album Some Hearts became one of the fastest-selling albums in Soundscan history and the majority of her 18 career-to-date singles have peaked at the number one spot on the charts. Carrie is one of only three country artists to win Best New Artist at the Grammys and is the only artists to nab back-to-back Entertainer of the Year trophies at the ACM Awards.
