1. I’m a creature of habit. On Thursday’s I get what hair I have left buzzed at Paris Parkers at Canal Place. On Friday’s, you will catch me at Galatoire’s for lunch and on Satuday afternoons check the bar out at Domenica I’m there .

2. When I came back after Katrina I volunteered at John Besh’s Restaurant August in October of 2005- I was Maitre’d on both Friday and Saturday nights- I’ve never worked harder or felt better about any job I’ve ever done!

3. Shopping locally is very important to me – that means Rubenstiens, Jack Sutton at Canal Place and Rouse’s- We must support those who came back after the storm

4. I love to cook but I suck at baking! I even screwed up a Bundt Cake once! Yeah a 5 year old can make one.

5. I played football my senior year in high school and my freshmen year in college- ok both teams were terrible but hey, I looked good in the uniforms!

6. The Ritz Carlton is my second home- The Spa, Chef Matt’s New Bistro and the bar- ok there is a trend here!

7. I’m addicted to Judge Judy, The Golden Girls, and Modern Family!

8. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving.

9. You can’t go wrong with Bette, Babs, or Cher-

10. I moved from Dallas in 1994 because of a relationship- it tanked- I stayed! I’m the lucky one!
