The U.S. Navy can count singer-songwriter James Otto among those who served under their wing as he completed two years of service. The military is part of his blood since he was born into a military family at Washington's Fort Lewis Army Base. Currently, James is watching his single "Groovy Little Summer Song" climb the country charts.
