Country Music, Willie Nelson - The Red-Headed Stranger himself is revisiting his roots with the T. Bone Burnett produced project fittingly titled Country Music. The 15-track album features classic tunes like "Dark As A Dungeon," "Satisfied Mind" and "Pistol Packin' Mama," plus one tune penned by Willie "Man With The Blues."
I Am What I Am, Merle Haggard - Country legend Merle Haggard returns with the 12-track I Am What I Am from Vanguard Records. He recorded the album with his long-time band the Strangers. Songs like "Bad Actor" and "I've Seen It Go Away" are included.
Chicken & Biscuits, Colt Ford - Newcomer Colt Ford displays his brand of rap-flavored country music on his sophomore album Chicken & Biscuits. The project features several guest artists like Randy Houser, Joe Nichols, James Otto and more.
Road Right Here, Whitney Duncan - Blonde bombshell Whitney Duncan release her debut album Road Right Here exclusively on her website www.whitneyduncan.com and iTunes. The singer-songwriter co-wrote every song on the project. "When I Said I Would," "Skinny Dippin'" and "Bed That You Made" are among the 11 tracks included.
Tears, Lies, and Alibis, Shelby Lynne - Grammy-winner Shelby Lynne brings her special blend of country, blues and rock to her new album Tears, Lies, and Alibis, the first from her own label Everso Records. Expect 10 songs, such as "Something To Be Said" and "Old #7."
