Video: Dave Grohl Suing Scissor Sisters to the Tune of $75 Million

Rocker Dave Grohl has always had a comical side, and now he's at it again. The Foo Fighters frontman / Them Crooked Vultures drummer has appeared in a new video in which he describes a faux-lawsuit against glam rockers the Scissor Sisters. 

The clip, which appeared on the Scissor Sisters' website, features Grohl describing the trauma he underwent after seeing singer Jake Shears involuntarily exposing himself at a live show. The rocker answers the interviewer's questions, and at times breaks down upon recalling the incident in which " he took off his clothes and then I saw his testicle." For his pain, Grohl is levelling a $75 million suit against the group.

Fans will remember a similarly hilarious web clip that Grohl appeared in with members of Them Crooked Vultures. In it, Grohl's severe addiction to java is exposed, as he calls for "FRESH POTS" of coffee at every turn. Check out each clip below and then let us know which vid is your favorite.
