New Music Tuesday - October 12th

Darius Rucker, Charleston, SC 1966 - With his sophomore country solo record, Darius Rucker hopes to catch lightening in a bottle twice after the impressive success of his country debut 2008's Learn to Live. The 13-track album includes his current chart-climber "Come Back Song" and teams him with past touring partner Brad Paisley on "I Don't Care."

Don't bother looking for a song titled "Charleston, SC 1966" - the title of the project is a play off of one of Darius' musical influences Radney Foster. Radney's Del Rio, TX 1959 was a landmark album for the singer-songwriter.

Miranda Lambert, Revolution: Live By Candlelight - Miranda Lambert is having a huge year in which she's collected three consecutive number one hits, won not only Album of the Year honors for Revolution at the ACM Awards but also the coveted Female Vocalist of the Year prize and became a bride-to-be. Now, she releases her first-ever DVD package titled Revolution: Live By Candlelight.

Expect a little less of Miranda's rowdy side as she offers acoustic renditions of five of the songs from her album Revolution and shares the stories behind the songs. As a bonus, she includes an intimate performance of one of her favorites "Love is Lookin' for You" from her debut project Kerosene.

Trace Adkins, The Definitive Greatest Hits: Til The Last Shot's Fired - Prior to his switch to Show Dog-Universal, Trace Adkins spent 15 years as a part of Capitol Nashville's roster and this collection of 28 tracks cover that period to great effect. Number one hits like "You're Gonna Miss This," "(This Ain't No) Thinkin' Thing" and "Ladies Love Country Boys" are all here among fan favorites like "The Rest of Mine," "Then They Do" and, of course, "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk."

The Band Perry, The Band Perry - Kimberly, Reid and Neil Perry offer their self-titled debut album complete with their first two hits - "Hip To My Heart" and "If I Die Young." The Perry siblings had a hand in writing all but two of the 11 tracks, including "Postcard from Paris" which they penned with former American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi.
