Watch a Tron: Legacy Preview

Old school science-fiction junkies hold a dear place in their heart for the classics, from Star Wars to Battlestar Galactica. Of course, one of the most creative and pioneering films of its time was Tron, the 1982 Disney picture which was one of the first movies to use CGI. Tron's groundgbreaking visuals played a large part in redefining the world of cinematic special effects.

Disney is readying another installment of Tron, titled Tron: Legacy, for this holiday season. With a score composed by famed electronic duo Daft Punk and a whole new set of mind-blowing visual effects, it looks like an awesome flick that is sure to have theaters packed when it finally makes its debut.

Tron: Legacy is scheduled for a December 17th release. Watch a preview below.
