Papa Roach Frontman Shaddix Loves New Eminem Album, Wants to Collaborate with Him

Even though Papa Roach brings a hard rock sound to the masses, frontman Jacoby Shaddix doesn't shut out other genres of music.  In fact, the "Last Resort" singer said Eminem's latest CD, Recovery, has got him falling in love with hip-hop music again.  Shaddix says that the record "is freaking stellar.  Lyrically, and the beats on that record."  Listening to the album and other hip-hop artists makes Shaddix wonder how it may influence what Papa Roach's next musical move may be.

Shaddix does reveal that the band is tossing around collaboration ideas.  He says, "it would be cool to collaborate with The Prodigy," but he's also hoping "to collaborate eventually one day with Eminem."  P. Roach and Eminem actually have a history with one another.  They toured together back in 2000 and 2002 on the Anger Management tours.

Papa Roach recently released a new video for their song "Burn" from their newest album, Time for Annihilation.  It can be seen at their official website.
