Annie Lennox Books Holiday Appearances for Christmas CD

Annie Lennox is lining up a bunch of appearances to promote her first holiday album, A Christmas Cornucopia.  Billboard reports that the former Eurythmics singer will appear on Dancing with the Stars November 16th, the day the album hits stores, and on ABC's Good Morning America on the 19th.  Annie will also sing on NBC's annual special, Christmas in Rockefeller Center, which airs November 30th.

As previously reported, A Christmas Cornucopia features Annie's renditions of classic songs like"The Holly and the Ivy," "The First Noel" and "Silent Night," as well as the original song "Universal Child," which she performed on Idol Gives Back earlier this year.  Christmas is doubly special for Annie, since she was actually born on Christmas Day, 1954.
