Bubba to Appear in Hangover Sequel

It looks like the second installment of The Hangover is going to look a little more presidential than its predecessor. A month after news broke that embattled actor Mel Gibson would not be appearing in the sequel, sources have confirmed that former President Bill Clinton has filmed a bit part in the film.

Clinton's rep told People magazine that he would appear in the movie as himself. The prez, in Bangkok, Thailand over the weekend to deliver remarks on sustainable energy, took some time from his official business to tape his performance with the cast and crew on Saturday.

The original Hangover, directed by Todd Philips, was a huge hit, and featured a prominent scene with former Heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. Gibson was slated to do a cameo in the upcoming film, but his part was given to Liam Neeson.

The Hangover Part II is scheduled for release in May 2011.
