The Killers Releasing New Christmas Single, "Boots"

Even though The Killers are on hiatus, they've announced on their website that they plan on releasing a special Christmas single called "Boots."  This has been a yearly tradition the band started back in 2006.  Proceeds from the single will go towards World AIDS Day, which is December 1st. 

As for the ongoing speculation over whether The Killers have disbanded or will get back together for new music, frontman Brandon Flowers is still touring in support of his solo album, Flamingo, so don't look for a reunion anytime in the near future.
