Originally played live on a tribute to John Lennon on the TNT cable network in October of 2001, Scott Weiland and Co. went in to the studios a few days later and laid down a recorded version of Lennon and McCartney’s Anti-War anthem. The proceeds from the single release were donated to a 9/11 charity.
