Marty Stuart and Connie Smith

Marty Stuart and Connie Smith (pictured here with R&B; legend Sam Moore) actually met long before the pair wed.  Marty and Connie first met when he was only 12 when he attended one of her concerts with his mother.  He famously told his mom that he was going to marry Connie one day and marry her he did.
