Guitar slingers Brad Paisley and Keith Urban teamed up to take the Collaborative Video of the Year honors for "Start a Band." And, Keith had an uncomfortable moment with Terry Factor's puppet on stage when he joined Brad to accept the award. Apparently, she is a big fan!
