This year has been a banner year for Texas singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert as she won Female Vocalist of the Year along with her second Album of the Year trophy at the ACM Awards and has scored two consecutive number one hits with "White Liar" and the powerful "The House That Built Me" from her critically-acclaimed Revolution album. She also just completed her first headlining tour as well. Miranda is a darling of the critics all the while being a fan favorite and that can be a hard line to walk sometimes. It's hard to believe that she didn't win Nashville Star when she competed as part of that show's first season.
