The hottest group in country music right now is trio Lady Antebellum and Hillary Scott, who is the only female member of the group, is a big contributing factor to their success. Lady A is on a current streak of number one hits which began with 2009's "I Run To You" and continues with their most recent chart-topper "American Honey." In the midst of those hit singles is the crossover smash "Need You Now." In 2008, Hillary was named SESAC Songwriter of the Year for her talents as a tunesmith. Later this year, the group will hit the road on their very first headlining tour, along with opener David Nail. Hillary definitely had some great teachers along the way - her mother is Grammy-winner Linda Davis, who also sang background vocals while on tour with Reba McEntire for many years.
