The Patridge Family star and 1970s icon David Cassidy was arrested and charged with a DUI after a Florida Highway Patrol trooper saw him driving erratically. The Fort Lauderdale, Florida resident spent nine hours in jail after being caught driving under the influence, failing to stay in a single lane and having an open container of bourbon in his Mercedes.
