Currently, Matthew Shafer is enjoying country crossover success with his hit "Smile;" however, if you looked at the country singles chart, you would not find his name since his stage name is Uncle Kracker. This is not his first trip up the charts in country music. He was a part of Kenny Chesney's hit single "When the Sun Goes Down."
