Chris Daughtry

Growing up in North Carolina and Virginia, Chris Daughtry was always interested in music. While he played in several bands and even covered Billy Ray Cyrus' "Achy Breaky Heart" at his grandfather's bar, it wasn't until he placed 4th on the fifth season of American Idol that his career finally took off. Prior to his big break, Daughtry was paying the bills by working at a car dealership in Greensboro, North Carolina.
